Pierce County Sheriff on SS911

Hello all,

I live in University Place using SDS200. I can hear PC Sheriff East very well on SS911 TGID 40106 but I not hearing anything on West at 40107 or 40159. Has anything changed recently? I’m getting strong signal using Buckley and Orting sites, D-Error 0-10. Just not hearing anything. This has been going for about a week now.

Also, Lakewood PD is showing on both SS911 at TGID 40922 and PSRS at 40234. Are both active? Regardless, I am not hearing them on either one. But I used to hear Lakewood PD on PSRS.

I have not heard the Lakewood police in about 2 weeks ( which I usually listen too) Also, I have not heard anything on PCSO WEST either.. Not sure whats going on here..

what I heard from a buddy who is a reserve deputy, they were doing a channel patch with Lakewood and West primary due to a dispatcher shortage, But then they were having issues with the patch working, so units are working on a Tac channel for now until they figure out staffing issues. (All Tac channels are encrypted)

I'm just hoping the channel returns to normal soon. I'm in the Harbor peninsula area, so I'm missing west primary as well.

My understanding they will return to normal in September as soon as the new dispatchers are trained.

Has anyone heard anymore updates about returning to normal Ops? (PC LE 11 *Encrypted) is still being used as a Sheriff West and Lakewood Primary patch.

I heard that the talk groups may return early the week of October 23rd.

I'm Hearing Lakewood back on the Tac/Puy system and Pierce Co West back on SS911 system again as of this morning.
