Yaesu: PIGTAIL mic adapter

Hello all looking to use the vertex standard (motorola) MD-12A8J on my FTM-400XDR anyone have wiring diagram or pin out for the RJ45 to the RJ11 so I can make a pigtail and use a pass through RJ45/RJ11 coupler..

It's in the manual. FTM400's use electret mics.

I looked in the FTM-400 manual when I approved his post, but I didn't find the microphone pin-outs.

Here is the schematic. Pin out at the top. Radio wants to see an electret mic. Hence the +8 volt out.
