Here's a long shot. Since your original msg said it might be Vector Security, they have a "Mobile with Interconnect"(moc) license in Jackson (MONROE)
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?cs=WPWZ984 and and a mobile/temp in Branchville, NJ. http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?cs=WPWD342 Both of these are within a 20 mile range of Pine Ridge.
Like I said, this is a long shot, but try:
460.96250 & 467.76250000. These would most likely be 2W portables that you would only hear on site. Like I said before, they also use LTR trunking, so try searching 456-458 and 466-470 on site where you will here the mobiles responding (even if you don't have a trunking scanner). If you do pick them up in a search, then subtract 5 from the frequency to hear the repeater (I.E. car or portable on 467.475, base repeater on 462.475). Of course, if your scanner has either "close call" or "signal stalker, then this becomes even easier. Either way, plug in the freq's you hear into the FCC License Data under Search State/Frequency on this page to see what system they are using.

We beat this horse a while ago with no success, I believe.
Is it possible that the security is using an unlicensed business band repeater on UHF or VHF? What about generic business band UHF radios in simplex mode?
