Why is it a losing battle? Is the FCC not interested in prosecuting this, or is there a reason they can't? Seems pretty cut-and-dry to me!

Because the minute you shut down a pirate there is another one that will pop right up. It's a losing battle. The FCC could have someone working full time only in Newark and they would still never be able to keep up.

It's becoming an issue. I have hit spots all over Lower Manhattan and NNJ with stations being blocked. I could not listen to 96.7 K-Love for blocks. It took a mile to get away from one near Essex county.

I feel everyone's pain.

Jeez, that's pretty awful! I had no idea things were like that these days in the Metropolitan Area!
