As I've been sitting at my desk studying today I've noticed some skip a couple times on Piscataquis SO from Charleston. It sounds like ham radio or something similar as in fairly casual conversation. Certainly nothing public safety. Its rather scratchy but steady enough signal to understand. I just wondered if anyone else in the area heard the same thing? I picked this up with a 436hp and opek HR-22 40 inch vhf antenna.
