Hello everyone.

Wanted to get the temperature of the room regarding any database software that may be used in the hobby,

I have created several File Maker Pro solutions in the past and contemplating creating a new one as a catch all for my monitoring habits.

The idea is to create a solution that will enter information granularly to be searched and sorted to be searched with the data being exported in a customizable manner.

Before I head down this road, I wanted to see if a solution already exist.

I am looking log callsigns, tail numbers, hex codes, aircraft type, units, branch, state, active vs guard unit, photos, frequencies?

Callsigns and tail numbers don't remain the same (together), they are always changing depending on the flying schedule. The tail number for "Jester11" today will more than likely not be the tail number for "Jester11" next week/month.

There kind of is a database already on RR, I'm using it to build my frequency list for my scanners.

Callsigns and tail numbers don't remain the same (together)......................

The OP didn't mention them being unique.....................Which is possibly part of the point of having a database of loggings across various modes/days
