The National Weather Service rely on reports from the public and especially amateur radio operators when our NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards Transmitters (NWR) have problems. The NWS has setup a web page at http://www.weather.gov/nwr/outages.html for people to report NWR outages. The web page explains how to report a transmitter that may be off air in a listeners area.
