Did you check the trunked system section at the bottom of your county's page?
What scanner are you using?

Looks like the license is here. Extremely low power, looks like emissions codes are data & telemetry only. Doubt you'll be able to pick up much of anything from it

Foothill Transit uses the Mobile Relay Associates NXDN trunked radio system. Buses from the Pomona yard use talkgroup 190. Per threat of legal action in regards to publishing info from their previous LTR radio system, this website does not list their radio system information.

Are you trying to monitor THIS Motorola trunked system ?

Also the SECURITY used to be provided by the LA County Sheriffs on their conventional 480 Mhz

Would I be able to use a Radio Shack Pro 94 to monitor?

It looks like maybe you can but not if it is NXDN.

Here's the Manual

How to tell if you have a 94, 94A, or 94B model
On the back of the scanner is the model number, 20-524 (probably under the belt clip). If there is an "A" in a box next to the number, it's a 94A. If there is a "B" in a box next to the number, it's a 94B. The basic differences are that the 94 will trunktrack or scan conventional frequencies, not both at the same time while the 94A will. The 94B is essentially the same as a 94A with the ability to be computer programmed and controlled. If you have the 94A or 94B, see my manual for those

There is a letter A in a square next the cat# and under that it just says scanner receiver pro 94. I'm so lost in trying to program it.
