Hey I’m wondering is it okay for bringing a radio scanner to listen to the different radio traffic in the terminal or do they allow using a radio scanner on a cruise ship if you could help me please and thank you

YMMV as to in/around the Cruiseport itself (you are entering private property) as to the Cruise lines, all varies (based on prior experience, multiple other postings/threads) on who/what/where, what type, how concealed.
