Possible Incident at the "New" Macomb County Building?

Anyone know what might have occurred at the "New" Macomb County Building this morning? I didn't catch it on the scanner unfortunately.

My wife called and said there were a lot of fire, and police at the scene, electrical power was out, and the entire building was, and still is evacuated.

Power Out

People in the court house said a transformer blew in the building or near by,
leaving the building and traffic light at cass and gratiot with out power.
I was in the new court house from 8:30 to 11.
Business as usual as far as I could tell.Folks said Old Court w/o power
,New court house OK, don't know about New County bldg.

It was the new Administration Building, at 1 South Main, just South of Cass. It was just a power failure, but everyone has been sent home for the day that works in that building. Fortunately nothing too serious.
