Possible new Nashville TRS talk group

I noticed that talk group 4800 was very active last night with PD tactical traffic, but can't find that talk group listed in the database. Dose any body know what this talk group is?

Also what is All Metro Hailing for OEM, TG..44688, what does that mean? I never hear anything on it.
