Since DMR went public release I've been working on this system PowerSouth Energy Cooperative Trunking System, Andalusia, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies

I'm using my BCD536HP
Site 11/28 are comfirm on LCN and Color Codes. Past few months been picking up different sites and Color Codes while bands are open up. Some sites are not correct in the DB. Appears to be 29 sites total for this system.

I made a spreadsheet and made it to PDF to show what I have so far.

Using PSR800 & DSDPlus
On Neighbor sites I use my psr 800 and DSD Plus to get the Neighbor info. If signal is good enough to decode.

If anyone in AL or FL can help to put this together be great I believe the Control Channel seems to be LCN 1.

Site12 has 2 same freq. Holmes County appears to be the correct site?

Site 19/20 on the DB seem not to be correct.
Site 8 seems has 2 from different areas 1 from AL the other FL I believe the in FL is correct.

Site 901/903
903 appears to be site 3.

Last night I was getting 2-3 bars on certain sites and I've been working on this system for years. https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=7851&siteSort=county#sites Is it possible GA and MS be on this system too? When Hurricane Michael came through I noticed trucks from AL GA & MS came to help and other Electric Companies far as past TX came.

Since last night I have updated my List. I noticed some new sites never seen before. When bands are open I'm using computer and DSDPlus to get Color Code Sites Neighbors List. System too slow to use the LCN or LSN.

In the past yes. Now I don’t cause I got to much interference at my place. I do pick up site 28 1-3 bars.

The only tg I hear is 10090000 that’s only in the morning nothing in the afternoon.

This past Sun night into Mon morning I was picking up some new sites and got more neighbor site info. Here is a PDF file. If anyone can help to put this together. I do hear talkgroups on/off on this system. I am using dsdplus for info and sds200 to look for certain channels & control channels. DSDPlus doesn't work with Con+ good to detect what LCN/LSN numbers. I do notice when a Cntrl Ch shows up and do LCN finder on the sds200 it goes to 1. Not sure if that is all defaults to 1 for C/C....

Based upon what is in the DB, and especially what is in your findings included over time, here is a map that I think is probably accurate.

I have a feeling that Site 4 is Capps AL (Henry) but I guess could be Ashland AL (Clay) -- although I really think Site 4 would be Capps.

And I agree the DB has some stuff wrong -- at the very least 19/20.

Site 4: either Capps AL (Henry) or Ashland AL (Clay)
Site 5: either Chatom AL (Washington) or Atmore FL (Escambia)
Site 16: either Foley AL (Baldwin) or Mexia AL (Monroe)
Site 20: Paxton FL (Walton)

I believe Site 4 will be Capps, that Site 5 will be Chatom, and that Site 20 is Paxton.

Unsure about Site 16. The CC for Site 16 is 452.200, which is on multiple licenses. But given the neighbor list for Site 16, it can be narrowed down to the two sites above based upon CC frequency of 452.200 -- Foley AL or Mexia AL.

And remember, I'm in Ohio. I'm not monitoring any of this system. I'm just interested in multistate power company systems and like to create maps and help figure out locations. All of the legwork is basically done by you and anyone else down that way who feels like participating in the sleuthing.

@mtindor What I was doing with the sds200 is I have FL & AL setup conv and scan & record and compare site number shows up on that freq and compare my list I have. Before DMR public release there was 3 sites listed 9xx like 901 should be site 1. I seen 901 &903 than one night bands open up and site 3 came up with same freq as in 903 than I look further into it and found it was site 3 not 903. Guessing Site 4 might be Ashland AL. When I go west one day towards P'cola I'll see what comes up with Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton FL sites. Once awhile I'll go DeFuniak over night if there is a disc golf tourney.

About a hour ago I went to see if I still had something from years ago. I notice I had 1 file I was able to compare. Site 4 is Capps. I updated 2 pdf they are in dark green. I did sites 4 5 6 26. I have not submitted the info to DB yet waiting for awhile and than send 1 submit instead 5.

How do you know that for sure? Site 21 451.775 is only licensed to River Falls and the site neighbors make perfect sense for it to be River Falls.

I pick that site up quite abit like this morning. I went through all my lists the past few days. River Falls should be 451.3000 451.7750 452.00000 452.3000. Not sure why these freqs 451.1300 451.4250 452.025 452.850 (are in site 21) they are difference license and different area.
