I noticed on the Indiana SAFET system pre-loaded system "Indiana SAFET" that the 1st Motorola system has a P25 wait time of 400ms and all the rest down through the list has a wait time of 0 (zero) for all other sites. Is this a glitch/bug?

I saved the pre-load and looked it over and saw no P25 wait of 400 including the first site, all sites were Zero. I bought this 396XT new about 2 months ago.

Ok...think I figured it out

I was actually looking at a .996 file that someone else on here had submitted saying it was the original factory preload. Apparently they had changed the wait time on their first site to the 400ms. I'm suppose to be getting my brand new 396xt today via UPS. So, I'll be able to check it out on mine.
