Prescott AZ - Man arrested in alleged scanner beating

Prescott police booked Brian Garwood Seligo, 38, of Prescott, into the Yavapai County Jail in Camp Verde on May 7 on charges of aggravated assault and three counts of threatening after a man told police Seligo beat him with a radio scanner.
