Private Ambulance

I was in downtown Ottawa today on bicycle ride and I saw a ambulances with lights on. One was marked with decals and the other was just a white ambulance. It had only word Paramedics. Maybe a private company. Do we have any private companies I could monitor ?

Most private ambulance services would have no need for a radio, likely all just phone calls and emails.
