PRO-106 Alpha Tags & WIN500 v02.08

Several agencies just updated to the P25 system so I had to update my scanners. I also downloaded the most recent version of WIN500. For some reason some of the groups are not showing the ALPHA TAGS even though they are all filled in.

Any ideas what I am missing?

I want to get my feed back online tomorrow.

Have you done a hard reset of the scanner, followed by uploading? If not, I'd try that first.

I have not. I will try that.

Mistake I've often made, not uploading to the scanner. I just did an update in frequencies to my 106 and 197. No problems with the uploads.
Another point, did you save the file? If not, it might not have worked. These are just a couple of things that used to cause hair to fall out

Alpha Tag

When I've downloaded various sites, depending on the radio system and location, the alpha tag or description tag will sometimes not load. Make sure you have checked the area in Win500 about how you want it to read, there is a box to write you own as well. You can experiment with which one transfers the alpha tag and/or descriptor to the radio.
