I ‘m get a heap error 22521f:2259. The error come up anytime i select manual,program, or any other function while the scanner is in scan function. I see that other post with a heap error appear to be related to a trunk system. I have no trunk system programmed in, only conventional,analog channels.

reset and reprogram the scanner somehow the current programming got screwed up.
I have had that happen on my 197, seems like mostly if we have power go off and on a couple of times when the scanner is on. Just upload your programming again should fix it.

How did you originally program the conventional freqs?
I bought the scanner on ebay. I did the reset but i still get the error. I programmed the scanner manually. If your keep pushing scan you can then put the scanner in manual mode and then program it
The previous owner had a bunch of trunk systems in the scanner. So i did a factory restore and fixed the error. Thanks for the help
