Pro-2052 frequency rounding

Hey does this scanner round up a frequency. Im trying to put in my local fire dept that is on 149.2875

it keeps rounding up and I dont get any transmissions. Any help would be great.

Yes it does round, but that should not affect your reception. However, 149.2875 does not sound correct for a fire department (or any other public safety since that is in the Federal part of the band.)

Yea. This is for a federal Fire Department that I work for on a army instulation called Fort McCoy. Would digital make a difference? We went to a new radio system and the radios can go from our frequencies to VHF for our local mutual aid areas.

I'm at work right now and I braught the scanner in to play with and still no signal on that.

I don't remember if the 2052 will pass digital noise or if it just ignores it, but if you are there with and can't get it to receive then it sounds as if something else is wrong.
