PRO-528 Help

I have a new rs pro-528 and have programmed all of my trunked West Palm Beach freqs in bank 3. Now, I want to program talk group id's and have them displayed while scanning bank 3. I have tried the id search per the manual but it just scans through the channels and I don't receive any transmissions. A few times I see a id pop up but with no transmission. When I first programmed this bank and pressed search to find the data channel all of the id's came up on the display. Any help would be great!!!!!

Do you have all these freq.'s programmed in bank 3? as a motorola system?
