Pro 668 very loud p25 phase II audio

I was just wondering if anybody else has the same problem. I am listening to one system on the 700 MHz band which is P 25 phase 2. The audio is so loud it's startling when users of that system transmit. If I turn the volume down then all of the other objects scanned volume is too low for listening. Has anybody experienced this war had any fixes for this?

Turn on Digital AGC for the trunked system. In the software, go to the trunked system, click on a site in the site list, and in right pane, click the Site Options tab, now click Digital AGC and turn it on, click Apply to All Sites.
