Pro 96 file needed

does anyone in this forum have a pro96 file for Douglas and or Sarby county?
I have a friend with a pro96 that is moving to Douglas county in a few days, and I have always done all his programming for him here in Michigan.
He doesn't own win96 and has asked me if I might be able to program it for him for these areas.
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance. Mike

Don't recall a 96 file ever being put up here, however do have a 996 file located here:
