Pro-97 and APCO-25

is the Pro-97 compatible with APCO-25 (P25)?
if it is how do i set it up? I'm just getting back into scanners after 10 years and WOW have things changed!! I do have Win97 software.

No, a Pro-97 is not an Apco-25 digital scanner. Your choices in a hand held are Pro-96 and a Uniden BCD-396T.

The pro 97 is not compatible with P25. It will n0t recieve digital signals.
