Pro-97 And Pro-433

Can anyone tell me why I can log on to rr to get freq. with my PRO-97 but can't with the PRO-433?
I'n using win97 on the 97 and arc433 on the 433

My ARC 433 works ok for me, I just tried it. If you are using a firewall you may want to check in that area for a problem.
