Hi, looking for someone that has done some file transfers from a BC 785 to a BC 15. The export / import area did not work, so was told to try the control A and clip board but can not get anything to work. Have several systems in the 785 and wanting to copy 5 or 6 of them, not the whole radio. Did email Bob a few times but he is away for a few weeks yet so hoping someone might be able to give me some step by step instructions to get these moved.
Thanks, Scott

I'm back now. I thought I replied back to you a 2nd time because the 1st time, I forgot to tell you after selecting the items, use the right mouse button and click on "Copy" That will copy the selected items to the Win Clipboard.

If you want to import the channels from the BC785D, basically it's a 3 step process.
#1) Using the BC785 instance, Export the database channels to a comma delimited file
#2) Get the data from the file and put it in the Win Clipboard
#3) Use the Get Clipboard function in the BCT15 instance to import from the Win Clipboard

Advise where you are at in the process.

{edit} Since you are a Premium Subscriber, you may want to consider importing from the RadioReference Database. That way you will have the current channels and it will be less work especially if multiple systems and Trunking systems.
