PRO96 rebanding issues

Our Motorola system has just gone through the rebanding process. I have entered the new control channel, but I only hear some of the transmissions. The scanner will stop and give me the tag, but no voice comes through many times. When I do hear the transmission, I get the tag and the frequency as expected. When I don't hear the transmission, I only see the tag.

Is there something else I need to do in order to hear all of the transmissions again?

You need to update the radio's firmware and use software to create custom band plan trunking tables to monitor the system(s)

In Win96, check the rebanded table (for the system that was rebanded) like in the two links that Mike posted, then upload your programming to your scanner.
