Since around 9 or 10p EDT Sunday night, I've had problems linking to FCC data. An error message comes back saying something like there's no rr.EN. Anybody else having this experience?

Same here. Can't query the FCC DB from here.

I reported this last evening as well. I just tried it again a few minutes ago and the searches appear to be working again, for me anyway. According to loumaag, someone else had also reported it so they were aware of it but it does appear to be fixed.

edit: license grants are still broken.

Unable To Access Database Files and Reports

@ Forum Admin,

I am unable to access the Database for the Sates of Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida (and most likely other States) Database Reports (PDF Files) and FCC Licenses files. This problem has existed for me since early evening Sunday 10 October. I just noticed that other Forum Members have also previously reported this problem and just want to inform the Forum Admin that I also have the same problem.

Regards,
Retsaoc

Strange, I tried all the states mentioned in this thread and everything is working fine.

Are you guys still having issues?.

@ blantonl,

Your “re-provisioned the server” corrected the problem with accessing the FCC database.

Thanks for your efforts.

For future reference, the Forum Moderators and/or myself, in our roles, are not responsible for the database and cannot comment on its operation. That's for the DB staff to do. Mods may also be DB Admin (like myself) but may or may not be in a position to comment on DB issues. Hopefully that clears things up.

As another point in regard to this, a simple glance at the index of this forum would have revealed that this issue was reported already. A review of the already existent threads would have revealed this was acknowledged on the morning of 10/11/2010 prior to the start of this thread.
