I see some numbers (frequencies) like 772.63125c (red), 771.85625a (blue) and 771.55625, with several others. I see a boatload of Talkgroups connected to this Sheriff/City PD Dispatch. But one of the numbers under “DEC” shows “25502” as a Sheriff Tac. It also has a HEX number/letter of 639e.

My question for you smart scanner people is what does the “25502” mean?? Is it the 2nd part of a 771. frequency. I.E., 771.25502? If not how do I know what the full frequency is to program into the computer/scanner??

Thank you,
Dan

What system are you referring to?

That looks like a talkgroup designation, and the DEC means 'Digital Encryption' so you won't be able to hear it anyway. I could be wrong, but that looks like how it reads.

Ok I stand corrected - Digital Encryption is just a DE in the description somewhere - sorry. I didn't go read it, so I was just assuming, and you know what they say about that!

I set one up on my computer, and my wife did one on the I-Pad,but I didn’t know she did. Don’t know how to delete an account yet. Any idea?

Go to "Your account" and it has the option to deactivate your account.
