I have a Bearcat 898T and have no clue how to program it. I have the user manual but it's confusing and I can't figure it out. I would like to listen to City of New Berlin and maybe Waukesha County Sheriff. Can anyone help me?

Your best bet is to look up previous posts (or create a new one if you cannot find a previous post) in the Uniden forum. (Uniden Scanners - The RadioReference.com Forums) You will probably get your answer faster in that forum than in this one, not saying that nobody in here can help you. I personally don't have any expertise, so I cant help
