Hi All:

Anyone using ProScan and Chrome notice any issues with audio from YouTube etc when running both at the same time? Since the new Chrome version 23 update, and with ProScan running, if I try to access any flash audio sites, the flash audio is slowed down and "warbly" Probably a Chrome problem, but just curious if anyone else has noted this. If I shut the ProScan audio down, and restart the YouTube player, the audio is fine. This is a new issue since the Chrome update, I've run both concurrently in the past with no issues.

This probably is unrelated, but have you tried clearing the cache files?
As soon as I had the version 23 update, a few sites wouldn't load, Facebook.com etc.
So I went to chrome settings, then advanced settings, then clear browsing data, only having the empty the cache checked off.
After that the problem sites were loading ok.
Might not fix your problem, but something to keep in mind, if some sites aren't working correctly.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try that first thing, and it didn't fix the problem. Good idea though, as that does clear up problems sometimes!

I don't see a audio problem with Chrome 23.0.1271.64, viewing a YouTube video and ProScan 6.2.
No ideal what would cause that. I would for troubleshooting purposes, download and install ProScan in a new folder and see what happens. I would also check that you are current on all the Microsoft updates and the flash player. Try disabling any Chrome add on's.

Thanks Bob

I'll give that a try. It is probably just a configuration issue on my end, but I figured I would check to see if anyone else was having the same problem. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying. It will probably go away on the next Chrome update.

Did you also narrow it down to the Chrome browser, by trying another browser like Firefox etc?
If you do test using another browser, make sure you answer no when it asks about using it as default.
Similar to turning off the plugins, you can try clicking that customize button and instead of selecting tool, extensions, you can select "New Incognito Window".
Good luck.
