I have two Uniden SDS200 scanners. So, yesterday, I noticed that the color scheme on both scanners that I had selected via the "Options" tab within ProScan had arbitrarily changed to the multi-color scheme. The color schemes on the scanners themselves had not changed. I have the scanners themselves setup to display a white background and a black foreground. But, I had the color scheme set within Proscan to display a simple Black back color and a Lime Green fore color. When I attempted to change the multi-color scheme back to my color settings, the "apply" button doesn't make the change.

This change to a muli-color scheme occurred when I was running errands, and the computer had arbitrarily rebooted itself. So, when I got home, since the computer had rebooted, I had to setup ProScan again , and I also set up Proscan to remote monitor once again. The ProScan version is 19.4, and ProScan was setup before the arbitrary computer reboot using ProScan version 19.4. Remote monitoring and all else is working fine on both scanners, but I can't get the color scheme to change back to my preferred display color settings under the ProScan "Options" tab. Can anyone advise why this is occurring, and how I can fix it?

Go to the Options - Scanner Specific tab then look for the option Display Color Mode and change that to Use ProScan colors.
I'm not sure why you had to setup ProScan again. Only thing I can think of is perhaps using ProScan in a different folder then before.

That worked like a charm...thanks for the help! I didn't probably have to set up ProScan from scratch again, but in trying to resolve the issue myself, I speculated that somehow the Proscan program became corrupted when the computer rebooted. I don't know why the settings under "Options-Scanner Specific" would have changed when the computer rebooted. But, Proscan was displaying the multi-color display, before I actually reinstalled ProScan from scratch again. I can't explain why that would have occurred on a reboot. But, I speculate that when I set up ProScan from scratch again, the fresh install may have had "Sentinel Color Scheme" as the default. Anyway, thanks for the remedy, I wasn't aware that "Use ProScan Colors" was an option, and now I know.
