Protective case for SDS200

Wish uniden would get a vendor or something to make an otterbox type case for the 200. I want to travel with mine but will just take the HP2

I bought a ballistic nylon case for my 780 years ago. I still have it in a box out in the barn. It was pretty nifty and nice and padded. A case like that would be cool for the SDS200

Take a look at the Pelican 1060. Hard case with foam. Big enough
to hold the scanner and antenna. And , I believe its even water tight.
But, you do need to remove antenna, which is not a big deal.

kKeep in mind the sds200 will generate heat if not ventilated properly.
