Yeah that's what I thought (because CAR1 is the OPP's call sign for the chief) -- but then I realized that the chief probably wouldn't be working at 1:45 AM, and nor would he attend a minor stabbing.

i was listening to it last night as well.. 22A and 22B where in charge of the scene but i think 22B left to go to the roll over on the 410...

The Chief normally wouldnt pull over a car for speeding.. but he did

I thought chief as well.. but The explaination of the shift duty inspector seems right.
