Well the database here doesn't show a lot. But the highway patrol in Pushmataha county would be out of Durant as Troop E.They are still low band

44.900 troopers talking back to HQ.
There are probably some relays.you can hear. Just go to the database and search OHP non trunking stuff for Durant.
