Does anyone have the tone frequencies and format for Putnam Valley VAC? I know they're paged out on 155.205, but....
I don't have a tone list, but don't they get dispatched on 46.38?

155.205 is broadcasting Putnam and Westchester traffic, with the same PL, so its a mess, and I don't listen to that frequency.

They dispatch pretty randomly, I agree, but I've got some vhf minitors coming in and I wanted to crystal them to donate to PVVAC.

Thanks, 62Truck, but I'm looking for PVVAC's tones, which are not on that list.
I would suggest listening for Putnam Valley VAC pages on 155.205 or 46.38 and decode the tones with software like Two Tone Detect or others. There are a bunch of apps that decode tones.

I could also do it on my 996xt; it's more of a being home and having time to do it. I just don't want these Minitors to sit and wait too long before I can donate them ready to go. I have other donations to clean up, tune and program/crystal.

If you intend to donate the units to PVVAC why don't you just ask them what their tones are?

I asked a long time member who has been an officer, is a radio person, and is very knowledgeable about what I'm seeking. He wasn't able to get me the info. I could go to the officers, but thought I'd stop by here to see if anyone had the info. Back when, I'd ask on EMTBravo, but haven't been on there in years. I like to use my resources before taking up someone's time. Just me. And the pursuit of knowledge is fun.
