q key an group key confusion

scannermaster did some great programing fo me when i purchased my 996t. but i have sence learned a lot by my self. q key #5 was the pinellas county system. for some reason q key #5 wont come up to turn on the pin system but now it shows #0 how do i get it back to q key 5. i down loaded the larger easy to read instruction 996t book still no luck

From the easier to read manual:

To Edit Site Options press MENU. At 'Program System' press E/.
At 'Select System' scroll to the system that has the site you want to edit and press E/.
Scroll to 'Edit Site' and press E/.
At 'Select Site' scroll to the site you want to edit and press E/
Scroll to 'Set Quick Key' and press E/.
Scroll to the quick key number (0-99 or . for no quick key) you want assigned to the site and press E/ to save and exit.
In your case, you would select #5
