Can anyone shed any light on 154.295 424.375 or 425.25? Is 424.375R used by private ambulances to talk to Buffalo City dispatchers? What is 425.25 used for? Do they have a "Servcie Channel" also? or a MDT channel on 420 Mhz? Do they still transmit on 154.19?

I was listening to them via the Internet and they seem to do 99% of their business on Channel 1 apparently. Come to think of it, they always called off at locations verbally - so I guess they dont have MDTs or mobile data boxes.

Buffalo Fire uses the following frequencies.

424.225 Dispatch
424.350 Fire ground
423.900 Fireground/Hazmat

424.375- Ambulance Dispatch & Inspection or commonly called ADI. They dispatch all EMS calls in the city of Buffalo to Rural Metro Ambulances.

Buffalo Fire does have MDT in their vehicles, I am not sure why they still call on location. As far as the 425 frequency goes I have never heard anything on it.

154.190 is the old fire dispatch frequency that is no longer used.
