Dose anybody have any recommendations for searching. For either businesses or emergency team frequencies.

What is Sentinel.
You're going to need to be more specific on what particular "emergency team" agencies you're looking for if not listed in the database.
"Businesses" are the wild, wild west. Check the database in your area first but if nothing is listed then try the wikis I gave the OP in this posting. Some businesses operate DMR & others NXDN so your received should cover these modes. I must also say that many retail businesses have moved the frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) route and therefore cannot be monitored by off the shelf scanners.
OP never let us know what they're using to listen other than an unspecified "ht radio" and "SDR" in this thread. Sentinel is only good for Uniden HomePatrol-1, HomePatrol-2, BCD436HP, BCD536HP, SDS100 and SDS200 scanners
