Question about Talkgroup ID's on the pro-95

after programing a moto type II smartnet on my pro-95 awhile back, i notice when receiving one continuous conversation the talkgroup id would sometimes changes between two or sometimes three different ids, is this normal? if it is, what exactly is going on. it doesnt seem to effect the conversation. thanks alot ahead of time.
