In Win97, I go to program a frequency of 482.5000 with a DPL of 411, but when I go to enter in the 411 in the CT/DC column, it automatically changes it to 254.1.

It seems to change the DPL tones, but the PL tones are fine.

Is the program doing some sort of conversion or does it just think I am entering something in wrong.

Click on the column marked Rx Mode a box will open choose DC then in the CT/DC column put in 411. The Rx mode needs to be set correctly.

Thanks.

So Rx Marked as FM = PL Tones
Rx Marked as DC = DPL Tones

?

Actually you should be setting mode to CT for PL's and DC for DPL tones. FM would be for CSQ.

So I don't have to ask what all of these mean, you wouldn't have a link handy, or know where I can read something to learn about/get a summary on these things.

Thanks for this bit of information too.
