Question on p25 trunking

I’m in Hamilton County Florida and would like to track the power co.
I started to program Duke Energy p25 into my new bcd996p2 and read this. Am I out of luck on this trunking system?

There are no Uniden / Whistler scanners currently capable of decoding TDMA control channels.

Looks like every Florida talkgroup so far has been encrypted too.

If you're interested in trunking TDMA channels, DSDPlus Fastlane is a good route with SDR. You may not necessarily hear anything with encryption but, it's a fun way to learn more about trunking systems and discovery.
