I bought a BC92XLT last year, and now again I'm getting into listening to it. I live right next to an airport (about .75 miles away from the tower). When I tune in the the ATIS, I can't hear anything from it. Sometimes I all I can hear is tower and ground chat with static. Is this normal for being so close to the tower?
