Question on Rebanding software.
I currently have the BCD396T and moved to Milton from Puyallup a couple of years ago. I was pretty disappointed when I moved that I could not listen to Puyallup any longer and Milton did not have a trunking system, but shared with Fife.. So since work sucks up most of life, I did not realize that Milton moved to SS911 in the early spring.
I was about to order my new BCD325P2 and the BF reminded me that he was buying me a new scanner for my birthday/xmas present. Ugh, since I have no patience and am only listening to Fife, I tried to listen to Valley COM and found out that it has been rebanded.
I could not find my serial cord for my 396T, I ordered a usb cord to update my firmware so I can at least listen to Valley COM..
Before I order the BCD325P2, I want to know if I will have to update the firmware and do the rebanding?
What is the best software for my BCD396T for rebanding.
