Radio Shack Pro 163.

What I know about radio frequencies scanners is extremely limited. ie, if you program the right frequency into the scanner you will hear people talking.
I own a Radio Shack Triple Trunking Pro 163.
My question is Will a radio shack triple Trunking scanner pro 163 pickup MSCommnet Digital Frequency’s??

No, this system is digital and the 163 won't be able to decode it. You would need one of the scanners listed in Section 4 of

APCO Project 25 - The RadioReference Wiki

Alternately, it can also be done with Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and the right software
