Radio Shack PRO-433 Software Question

hi, dont know if i'm posting this in the right spot, but oh well. i have a radio shack pro-433 and am looking for software to install on my computer so i can program it through my scanner. All the places ive been to want you to pay. Screw that!!!! i downloaded a software program for my pro 2053 and never had to pay anything. Is there a site or a file i can download for the 433 or am i screwed and have to pay for the software

Yeppers !! , You will have to pay for the software , Butel ARC433

I have both a 433 and a 528 and have found it's easier and quicker to program by hand, even on large systems. Butel is the only maker of Software for the 433 and I personally refuse to give butel a single penny. I think Scan Cat Lite will handle the 433, but the Free Demo version has restrictions. The 433 is simple to Hand program, might just find the time and sit back and do it.

As others have said, the ARC433 is best. If you want to do it manually, join this group - yes its F R E E. In the group FILES section there are step by step programming aids.
