radio shack pro-651

I had radio shack program it when I bought it. ever since I got it the scanner keeps cutting off the conversion. don't know what to do.is there a place I can take it to in Minnesota or send it to got it fixed right?

Welcome aboard! The first thing to consider is whether you have Priority Scan or Signal Stalker activated. Either feature will cause interruptions to transmissions you're monitoring as you describe. See here for more information on the PRO-651 and it's operation.
