Here is the manual:

You'll need to check with a local to see what frequencies are in use.

I'm not positive but I don't see any reference to EDACS in the manual.

I'm not even sure if it's a digital scanner.

Ya I don’t think it will .reason I was asking someone has one for sale ..but I don’t think it will work with the Edmonton police.i hope someone can help with a answer.Thanks

newfie5150 - Alberta, Edmonton uses EDACS as well as AFRRCS (P25) Digital for First Responders.
Royal Alexanderia Hospital uses DMR (Digital), ATCO Electric uses P25, most of Alberta Edmonton is Trunked/and or Digital.
I suggest upgrading your Scanner to one that is DMR/P25 capable. you can still use pro 67 for General Coverage monitoring such as AM-FM, VHF AIR and Marine and most things Analog. always useful to have a Radio capable of AM-FM and Weather for Emergencies.
