Maybe someone else has figured out this process with the CSV files, but here is how I import frequencies into the SDRUno memory panel. I created a spreadsheet in Excel with column headers that match the headers in SDRUno. Then I populate the columns with the information required for each frequency. In the example below, the range of frequencies all have the same characteristics in each category so filling the repeating info is quick using standard Excel drag-down techniques. Creating a range of frequencies with a given offset between each memory is easy with Excel. Just create the first two with the desired offset between them, and then drag them down. Excel will populate the cells as far as you wish to go in frequency, repeating the offset as you go. The other columns can be likewise filled in with the same process.
Once the list is complete, select ONLY the data, not the header names (in this case I didn't go all the way down). Press CNTL+C to copy the information, as shown below.
Then open the SDRUno memory panel and select the first (upper left) cell. Press CNTL+V to paste. The information will populate the columns automatically.
Hope this helps.
