Can anyone tell me what Rafs is and what frequencies they are ? I would like to know what I can hear on them?

Regional access for town to town communications

new 800 mhz channels are now in use:

857.4125 MHz PL 114.8 RAFS 1
854.9125 MHz PL 114.8 RAFS 2
460.0750 Mhz PL 114.8 RAFS 1
460.1750 MHZ PL 114.8 RAFS 2

RAFS 1 is east of the river
RAFS 2 is west of the river

RAFS can also be used as a backup frequency. My local PD uses it when their main radio system gets taken out by lightning.
