I have this antenna mounted for the new local 800 NXDN system. https://www.l-com.com/824-mhz-960-m...iHgp3hv54B6cJT_3rHIdzXPu82VgfLpxoCXzMQAvD_BwE I had it about 11 ft high the other day and it was doing better than my Diamond 3000n. The Diamond only picked up one side of every transmission. Also it only got 2 flashing to 3 signal bars. After mounting the yagi, I got 4 steady signal bars and both sides of the transmissions. I put Yagi on it's own pole it was on the same pole as the Diamond about 6 or 7 feet below it. Now, The Yagi is about the same height as the Diamond. I'm thinking the two antennas are too close together. The poles are around 4 ft apart and turning the Yagi the direction it needs to point is right at the Diamond. The small end of the Yagi is 2ft or less from touching the Diamond. I'm assuming this is the reason the Yagi's signal went down instead of up when I raised it? Appreciate all input Thanks!
