I have finally pulled together my 996 frequency files in good enough shape to share with everyone.
Here is my contribution to the group. I have compiled many of these lists from various places over the years and I have been lucky enough to use some of the hard work of others to come up with these "banks".
What I am posting is from the Raleigh, NC area and should also be useful for most of the RTP area.
I want to give credit to Rich Wells and Tom McKee (K4ZAD), and to the members of the Tarheel Shortwave/Scanner Listener's Group. I have included their extensive frequency lists as well in my package.
Their frequency lists can be found in their original format here:
http://www.strongsignals.net/access/content/rtp_nc.html

I have included the following banks:
Cary Trunked
CB radio
Durham Trunked
Fayetteville EADCS trunked
NCSU LTR system
RTP/Wake County Ham repeaters
Raleigh Police
RDU Airport air frequencies
RDU Trunked system
Rich Wells RTP list (no air frequencies)
Rich Wells RTP list (aircraft frequencies)
Triangle Frequency list (no air)
Triangle Frequency list (full with air)
NC Viper System (talk groups as of 7/2006)

I hope these are useful for people. I am really enjoying my 996, and the Viper system has a lot of great activity.

I have uploaded a zip file to the "Post your NC Scanner files here..." thread here:

Cheers.

Thanks for the contribution bagmouse7! I do have to caution people on the Strongsignals site info though....being one of the initial contributers to that site (you can see some of my no longer active frequency sites there :D) that info is dated about 6-8 years old....being a part of the Tarheel Scanner/Shortwave group as well as an NC database admin here I can tell you the current info is here...but Rich's site is still a good place to get started but the info there needs to be updated to match this site :)
Thanks again for the contribution!
